For each of the workout subscriptions (strength workouts, cardio workouts, bodyweight workouts, and beginner workouts), there are 20+ workouts available. These workouts are not scheduled for you in any way. They are ready to go as soon as you are ready to do them. Just select the one you want to do!
Because there is such a variety of workouts available within a single on-demand workout subscription (20+ workouts), there are only 1-2 new workout replacements/additions each month.
We feel that some people may want a structured program while still having access to coaching and nutrition, hence the option of doing both a subscription and a program.
We created program discounts that come with certain subscriptions to make this option more feasible.
We are currently able to connect and sync with FitBit, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, Garmin, and Withings. Other integrations, such as Samsung Health, are in the works but do not yet have an estimated date of completion.
Calorie adjustments are changes in the total number of calories someone should aim for each day (example: 2000 calories).
Macro adjustments include changes in calorie goals as well as macronutrient goals (example: 2000 calories, 150g Protein, 200g Carbs, 67g Fats).
For both Gold and Platinum Subscribers, after receiving their initial goals when their subscription begins, these numbers are updated between the 1st and the 3rd each month (if adjustments are necessary).
If you are interested in just nutrition, the subscriptions will still be your best bet! Gold and Platinum tiers give you access to a coach and monthly adjustments (as needed) to your goals.
If you feel that you need even more guidance, reach out to Coach Kelsey about 1:1 coaching.
While there aren't yoga/stretching specific programs available, each program and subscription includes 3 stretching routines (upper body, lower body, whole body).
Although some workouts include warm up movements, there are 2 warm up routines (regular and low impact) available in each program and subscription as well.
All of the programs that specify "gym" as the needed equipment incorporate machines (leg press, smith machine, etc.) that typically are only found in fitness facilities. Some home gyms with ample equipment may work with some modifications for various exercises.
You have a couple of options available to you. If you have access to an M5 Coach, you can message them directly to discuss your form and make sure the movement is being performed correctly. You can also ask this question in the M5 App's group chat.
Additionally, you can modify the movement to something a bit more comfortable or replace/skip it completely.
At this point in time, the advanced nutrition coaching with meal plans/recommendations is only available to M5 1:1 Clients and Platinum Subscribers.
Of course!
